Your tasks

• Project management work, workshops and training at our national and international customers for our specific software solutions ZUKEN CR / DR-CR
• Active participation in the requirements and process analysis as well as documentation of the implementation
• Configuration of the ZUKEN solution according to customer requirements
• Development and implementation of customer-specific test concepts and plans
• Commissioning of our software and database solutions according to customer requirements
• Processing of technical support requests in the area of ZUKEN solutions

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in business informatics / computer science or training as a technician in electrical engineering or IT specialist or equivalent
• Understanding of electronic project development, including electrical schematic drafting, PCB layout design, and knowledge of PCB manufacturing and electronic assembly processes
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases and data management systems and their integration into the PDM / PLM / ERP environment
• Familiar with MS-Office
• Knowledge of software programming languages desirable.
• High level of personal responsibility
• Good communication skills in Italian and English – Basic knowledge of German would be an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team on a national and international level
• Structured and systematic approach
• Willingness to travel to customers in Italy and abroad.
