Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a smooth-running, professional and welcoming environment
  • Welcoming visitors to the office
  • Addressing queries related to office management issues
  • Oversee office maintenance, repairs and upgrades, as well as stock of office supplies
  • Set-up meeting rooms and support the organization of catering when needed
  • Handling office mail and phone calls
  • Providing bookkeeping support for invoices and expense reports
  • Managing company bank account and payments
  • Coordinate and organize office activities, calendars and events
  • Support team members in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport

Requirements

  • Near-Native English Speaker & Fluent in Italian
  • Prior experience working and living abroad
  • Positive, resourceful and happy to be around people
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
  • Keen on working on many tasks at the same time and prioritize them independently
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to develop very good relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Good knowledge of IT systems
