Luxury Fashion House, Milan, Italy

Contract: 1st December 2025 to 31st March 2026 (freelance) – based in Milan with travel to Switzerland and France for shoots.

Our client, a luxury fashion house in Italy, is looking for a freelance Senior Project Manager to join the team during a busy period.

We require a candidate who can manage a project from start to finish, develop a plan of action with fixed timeline and risk evaluation, manage people, and communicate effectively. A luxury/fashion background and understanding of the industry's nuances is essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee completion of project
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
• Work with the wider team on shows and projects
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in project management in a luxury or fashion environment
• Previous experience in a luxury fashion house
• Demonstrated ability to deliver to tight timelines
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with a team
