Responsible for IT Support Management and Maintenance for the entire company.
Manage rights for users within the company and provide support to users.
Oversee IT aspects related to local contracts (investments, leasing, software licenses, backups, etc.).
Require solid knowledge of software and hardware usage.
Minimum 3 years of experience. Skills: average knowledge of English (writing and speaking), good organizational skills, coordination skills, problem-solving, tactical planning, communication, attitude oriented towards solving clients’ and colleagues’ needs.
Ability to work at different organizational levels and lead a small team.

Knowledge of ITIL and basic networking skills.
Knowledge of the Logistics industry is a plus.
