Resina Partners is supporting a leading Italian manufacturer of flexible polyethylene packaging.

You will be responsible for developing sales across selected European markets — including Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, and potentially Eastern Europe. The exact markets will be defined based on your background, network, and language skills. The role is strongly focused on new business development, with roughly two weeks of travel per month, and close collaboration with the internal sales team in Italy. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you’ll take the lead in building new relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving the company’s international expansion.
Proven sales experience in flexible or plastic packaging. Fluency in Italian, English, French and / or German; any additional language will be considered a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to develop markets almost from scratch. Open to regular travel (approx. 50%).
