We’re seeking experienced consultants who bring deep expertise in organizational design, operating models, culture, and job architecture and who understand that true transformation starts with people.

What You’ll Do

As a member of our Organizational Strategy practice, you will:

  1. Work on people-centric transformations that align strategy, structure, and culture — ensuring organizations are fit for the future.
  2. Help design operating models and organizational architectures that empower talent, enhance agility, and drive performance.
  3. Translate strategic ambition into human-centered execution, aligning leadership, roles, capabilities, and ways of working.
  4. Shape and embed cultural change, helping organizations evolve their values, behaviors, and employee experience.
  5. Work with leaders on how to unlock value through their people — becoming a trusted partner in their transformation journey.
  6. Be part of diverse project teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.

What You Bring

Experience in top-tier consulting or strategic HR/organizational roles within complex, global organizations. Proven expertise in:

  • Organizational design, job architecture, operating model transformation, and cultural change.
  • A track record of designing solutions that elevate both business outcomes and employee experience.
  • Strong client leadership skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior executives.
  • Exceptional analytical, facilitation, and project management capabilities.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to shape and grow client relationships.

A relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Strategy) is preferred. Fluent / Native in Italian and English.
