If you :

• are a Project Director experienced in leading strategic and business transformation projects , capable of managing complexity in dynamic, multinational contexts and available on short notice ;
• are a manager who has gained experience in structured and dynamic companies, accustomed to working on an international scale, and with a proven track record in structuring organizations and business processes;
• are a manager capable of diagnosing problems, identifying opportunities for improvement, developing concrete plans, and pursuing their implementation with determination. Being transparent, concrete and project- and mission-oriented (to make things happen), and capable of achieving results in a short timeframe;
• are a manager capable of driving and implementing change, while managing and motivating your team. Strong team-building capabilities, with a particular emphasis on cross-functional leadership (ability to create and manage teams of people with diverse backgrounds and origins);
• are an experienced manager, able to quickly define and propose clear technical / organizational choices, explain the rationale behind them, and implement them swiftly, while identifying potential benefits and clearly outlining the roles and responsibilities of various team members;
• hold a recognized project management certification (e.G. PMP, Prince2, or equivalent);
• speak English fluently.
