VITA ESTATES is a U.S.-based real estate consulting and advisory company headquartered in Beverly Hills, California. Our role is to support American and international clients interested in purchasing property in Italy by providing strategic guidance, coordination, and cross-border advisory services.

Role Overview

The Real Estate Broker will collaborate with VITA ESTATES in an independent, advisory capacity, working alongside Italian real estate agencies to support international buyers throughout the property acquisition process. The role focuses on local market expertise, coordination, and client support, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for U.S.-based clients purchasing property in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with licensed Italian real estate agencies on residential and investment transactions
• Support international clients during property searches, viewings, and negotiations
• Provide local market insights on pricing, locations, and investment considerations
• Coordinate with surveyors, legal advisors, and notaries during the transaction process
• Assist with timelines, documentation flow, and transaction milestones

Profile We Are Looking For

• Based in Italy, ideally located in Tuscany but flexible on location
• Proven experience in residential and/or investment real estate
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable working with international clients and cross-border advisory teams
• Available occasionally for Zoom meetings outside standard Italian office hours (early morning or evening)
• Part-time and demand-based, with flexibility depending on client flow
• Project-based, independent collaboration (not employment)
