Key Account Manager
Your responsibilities
Developing sales and managing key accounts across Modern Trade (GDO), Traditional Trade, and HoReCa
Building and expanding the distribution network on the Italian market
Conducting commercial negotiations (pricing, trade terms, promotions)
Acquiring new business partners and distributors
Monitoring the market, competitors, and sales potential
Delivering sales targets and reporting results
Regular reporting to the headquarters (in English or Polish)
Close cooperation with marketing and logistics teams
Our requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the FMCG sector
Proven experience in mineral water distribution
Experience in beer sales or other beverages will be a strong asset
In-depth knowledge of modern trade, traditional trade and HoReCa channels
High level of independence and ownership in daily work
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long‑term business relationships
Fluency in English or Polish, enabling smooth reporting to HQ
University degree (economics, sales, management, marketing or related fields preferred)
Willingness to travel frequently across Northern Italy
