Property Accountant

For our client, real estate advisor leader in Italy, we are looking for a Property Accountant to manage accounting & administrative tasks and interact directly with the properties.

Responsabilità

• AR/AP activities;
• Management of administrative and contractual deadlines (e.g., ISTAT updates, contracts, guarantees, lease registration taxes, break options, terminations);
• Management and support in preparation of lease agreements;
• Direct relations with both clients and tenants.

Profilo

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property accounting or real estate finance;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (it would be a great plus the knowledge of Yardi);
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities;
• English Fluent.

Work location: Milan (hybrid work model)
