Be involved in exciting and original projects

You will mainly focus on the development programs sponsored by Carbon Capture Utilization and Sequestration Growth Area, driving Systems Engineering discipline in collaboration with Technology Solution Leaders, Program Directors, Product Leaders, and cross-functional Engineering organizations.

As , you will be responsible for :

Coordinating subject matter experts, systems engineers, and technical title holders across Gas Technology Equipment, CTS, and Innovation Engineering to deliver integrated products that fulfill system requirements and stakeholder expectations.

Maintaining a holistic view and ensuring consistency and cohesion across design activities, pilot plant construction and testing, and scale-up efforts toward commercial product deployment, within the constraints of technology qualification programs and externally funded initiatives.

Ensuring the product development (PD) process is thoroughly followed, aligned with customized gate reviews and technology agreements, facilitating formal design reviews and other critical engineering activities across multiple Engineering organizations.

Synchronizing enabling technology maturation—through Research Development (RD) and Technology Development (TD) programs and dedicated workstreams—with the overall product roadmap.

Providing timely communication to Engineering and Program Leadership teams on technical and programmatic matters.

Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the various phases of the development lifecycle.

Engaging proactively across functions (e.g., manufacturing, procurement) to enable effective product lifecycle integration.

Partnering with Product Management, R&D, and the Chief Technology Office to evaluate industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to sustainable process technologies, including environmental compliance, sustainability, and emissions management.

Coordinating activities related to IP landscape surveillance and freedom-to-operate assessments, in collaboration with Licensing and IP Management teams.

To be successful in this role you will :

Have a Master’s or PhD degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, energy) or equivalent from an accredited university or college.

Have demonstrated experience in managing design teams in high-pressure environments, either in order to remittance project engineering or new product development contexts. Knowledge of carbon capture technologies, gas processing and / or other chemical process principles is a plus.

Have practical knowledge of supply chain processes and organizations to support product realization and industrialization.

Have a proactive risk management mindset and the ability to navigate dynamic environments with shifting priorities.

Have proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

Have strong problem-solving and strategic-thinking abilities, with a focus on innovation and long-term planning.

Have knowledge of systems engineering principles and their application in product / process development. INCOSE CSEP certification is a plus.
