Requirements system engineer

We are seeking a Requirements System Engineer for Capgemini. In this role, the candidate will be crucial in guiding the digital transformation of clients, contributing to designing and implementing innovative technological solutions. This role is essential to ensure that business needs are translated into clear and achievable technical requirements, supporting the transition to a more sustainable and digital world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand client needs to translate them into detailed technical requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions that meet defined requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, proposing continuous improvements.
• Ensure that solutions comply with quality and security standards.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of objectives.
• Support documentation and management of requirements throughout the project life cycle.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in system requirements management.
• Competence in using modeling and requirements management tools such as DOORS or JIRA.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills Required:

• Use of modeling and requirements management tools.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
