Job Summary
Would you like to be a strong strategic Senior FREM Business Partner to Tetra Pak EMEA covering also South Europe area? Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM) is a global function at Tetra Pak responsible for delivering the highest quality of Integrated Facility Services (IFS), Real Estate/Workplace (WEX/RE), and Site Sustainability (SS). The purpose of this position is to ensure strategic business partnering to deliver OneFREM business support to Tetra Pak operational business units within the FREM Integrated Facility Solutions (IFS) area.
The Senior FREM Business Partner is responsible for managing EMEA regional & South Europe area business partnering & coordination. Key result areas include business stakeholder satisfaction, EMEA regional IFS budget control & reporting, regional collaborator partnering, operational reporting to production business leadership EMEA, regional issue & escalation resolution, project budget scoping & execution, operational excellence & cost optimization, standardization, compliance & quality, innovation, sustainability & service experience.
Location: Modena, Italy or within reasonable commuting distance. Based primarily in Modena; may travel 10‑15% of time within region and occasional global travel.
What You Will Do
- Strategic One FREM business partnering to support and guide key stakeholders continuously ensuring value-adding solutions.
- Strengthen the integration of external strategic partners toward business stakeholders supporting the OneFREM strategy and IFS service outcomes.
- Ensure alignment across the 3 functions in FREM (WEX/RE, Site sustainability & IFS) toward key Tetra Pak stakeholders ensuring holistic cross‑functional reporting. Be first point of contact for stakeholders.
- Secure & mature the collaborative contract model, manage and develop strategic relations ensuring key outcomes and accountability.
- Responsible for IFS‑related projects delivered by external partners within geographical scope. Interface with internal stakeholders in initial scoping and project delivery phases and continuously align with FREM global IFS Project portfolio manager.
- Ensure best‑in‑class service excellence deliveries; drive quality and continuous improvement of FREM service outcomes. Drive improved value and cost efficiency through demand, sourcing and service management in cooperation with external partners.
- Manage and deliver all IFS‑related cost within EMEA Region and South Europe area in line with forecasting & budget.
- Drive sustainable cost‑saving initiatives, innovative quality improvements and simplification strategies with external collaborators.
We Believe You Have
- 10–15 years broad and extensive Facility Management experience across a group of company support functions or multiple countries/businesses globally.
- Strong & strategic relationship building skills both internally and externally; master strategic communication in a complex organizational structure.
- Proven leadership/Business Partner experience, preferably within the Facility Management area with executive stakeholder communication experience.
- Change management experience focused on Facility Management, implementing and managing FM service excellence.
- Strong analytical skills and proven financial/commercial understanding in a Facility Management context, including OPEX/CAPEX portfolio structure.
- Relevant university education preferably in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or equivalent business‑related field.
- Agile, flexible, and professional business approach; dynamic, productive, capable performance.
Additional Requirements
Solution‑oriented approach, stakeholder management, external FM partnering, communication, structured and pragmatic. Service orientation and communication paramount. Excellent command of English (written and verbal) required.
