Responsibilities

• Demonstrating commitment to consultative sales to serve client goals effectively.
• Managing a portfolio (book of business) of small business clients to grow revenue for their businesses.
• Prioritizing outreach plans across the assigned portfolio based on client understanding and needs.
• Researching and gaining a fundamental understanding of verticals / markets / industries and client business models.
• Being experienced and well-versed with local business nuances to customize the experience for local advertisers.
• Providing personalized client recommendations to meet varying needs.

Requirements

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
• English level B2 minimum
• Experience with Social Media will be a plus
• High School Diploma
• EU passport / ID or a Portuguese resident card
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
