Senior Accountant - Accounts Payable (AP)

As market leaders in the consumer and SMB networking space, TP-LINK ITALY S.R.L is looking for a creative, dynamic and Senior Accountant - Accounts Payable (AP) to further enhance the finance team.

Reporting to: Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Review and execution of corporate payments and employee reimbursements
• Registration and verification of suppliers' electronic invoices
• Implementation and tracking of expense budget management and related accruals
• Formulation of payment plans and fund budget management to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of payment processes
• Establishment and optimization of standardized AP processes to comply with local financial regulations and corporate internal control requirements
• Participation in process optimization projects to continuously improve financial operation efficiency and data accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related majors
• At least 5 years of work experience in accounts payable or fund management, with priority given to those with backgrounds in multinational companies or fast-growing enterprises
• Familiar with AP processes, accounting standards and local financial compliance requirements in Italy
• Possess solid tax knowledge, especially the understanding and application ability of Italian VAT and related tax declaration processes, and be able to support the compliance and analysis work of the financial team
• Proficiency in financial systems (such as SAP, Oracle or other ERPs) and office software
• Meticulous and serious in work, with strong sense of responsibility, organizational coordination ability and problem-solving ability
• Fluent communication skills in Italian and English (both written and oral) are mandatory
• Good cross-departmental communication skills and ability to adapt to a multicultural working environment
