Overview

Opportunity for Neodiplomati/Neolaureati in the bricolage and GDS sector. A leading DIY retail company with more than 100 stores, in collaboration with Adecco Italia Spa, is seeking motivated fresh graduates for positions with future responsibilities. Selected candidates will be hired on a permanent contract with an apprenticeship and will join a development path to acquire technical role-specific skills.

During the program you will learn the basics of goods flow management, customer assistance and loyalty, department upkeep, technical competencies, tools and procedures to reach higher responsibility and efficient organizational management in the Brico Io style. You will be supported by industry professionals to grow and develop new skills.

The project aims to create, develop and consolidate fundamental competencies, with interactions across company functions from Purchasing to Human Resources, IT, Marketing, etc.

Responsibilities (Responsibilities and progression)

• Learn and apply basic management of goods flow and stock maintenance
• Assist and engage customers, fostering loyalty and positive store experience
• Support maintenance and organization of store departments
• Acquire technical skills, tools and procedures relevant to the role
• Participate in a structured development path with mentorship from experienced professionals
• Collaborate with multiple company functions (Purchasing, HR, IT, Marketing) as part of the onboarding process

Qualifications

• Laurea Triennale o Magistrale
• Diploma
• Flessibilità oraria su turni e disponibilità a lavorare nei weekend e nei festivi
• Dinamicità e orientamento al risultato
• Spiccata attitudine al lavoro in team, buone capacità comunicative e relazionali, forte contatto con il pubblico
• Disponibilità alla mobilità sul territorio nazionale
