The Finance Department at Pirelli HQ in Milan is responsible for a broad portfolio of activities, including Group financing on bank and capital markets, centralized financial risk management, trade finance, and Finance area reporting. The team also serves as the focal point for affiliates’ financial needs, supporting Group companies in evaluating financing options, working capital solutions, and optimizing capital structures.

Your Core Activities

• Structure and timely execute funding transactions on both Bank and Debt Capital Markets.
• Be an integral link in funding negotiations with internal stakeholders (legal, tax, financial statements) and external counterparts (Investors, Rating Agencies).
• Provide funding support to the Group's subsidiaries.
• Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic decisions with data-driven analysis.
• Hedge financial risks in accordance with the Group's policies.
• Support the accounting department in preparing quarterly consolidated financial reports on debt and derivatives matters.
• Manage and support the professional growth of a small team.

What We Are Looking For

• 5-7 years of experience in a large listed corporation or financial institution.
• Strong academic background in Finance, Business or Economics.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Proven track record in capital raising and financial markets, including ESG features.
• Strong knowledge of financial derivatives.
