We’re Hiring: ServiceNow Developers – Palermo or Fully Remote (Italy)

cloud37 is expanding its ServiceNow Practice and we’re looking for motivated professionals — from Junior to Senior levels — to join our growing team.

• Whether you’re based in Palermo (Sicily) or prefer to work fully remotely within Italy, if you’re experienced in ServiceNow and available to start immediately or very soon, we’d love to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with ServiceNow platforms and modules (ITSM, CSM, SPM, ITOM, GRC, etc.)
• Strong functional analysis skills — ability to understand business requirements and produce technical documentation
• Ability to lead client meetings and deliver clear presentations
• Familiarity with key development tools such as Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, App Engine Studio, and UI Builder
• Understanding of ITIL practices and service management concepts
• Experience with integrations (SOAP, REST APIs, JDBC, LDAP, etc.)
• Proactive, autonomous, and strong team player
• Fluent in Italian and good command of English
• ServiceNow CSA certification required — additional certifications are a strong plus
