• Composite Department Manager
• You will be part of our international team in Fano, currently made up of 36 driven individuals from diverse backgrounds and countries. We believe in kindness, acceptance, support, and hard work. We also believe in having lots of fun!
• The role is responsible for managing a production team in the composite department to ensure ongoing business improvement through: cost reduction, process development, quality assurance, and internal organization.

As a Composite Department Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Construction and control of high-performance components in composite material, using processes like infusion and manual lamination, including effective people management (internal and external), training, development, performance, and planning.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of manufacturing standards, efficiency, costs (materials and labor), and quality, while ensuring engineering integrity.
• Producing weekly reports aligned with the production plan and technical specifications.
• Identifying production problems and facilitating corrective actions in collaboration with the production manager and technical office.
• Defining the weekly internal program in accordance with the overall plan, managing resources (Foreman, Team Leader, external resources), and overseeing the internal departments (warehouse, lamination, finishing, bodywork).
• Constantly monitoring all components for compliance with decisions, data sheets, timing, and quality standards.
• Collaborating with all company departments (production, technical, administration, HR, safety, etc.).

• Have significant experience managing teams in composite manufacturing, with a proven track record of improving quality, reducing costs, and project improvements.
• Can solve problems and provide robust solutions.
• Can manage multiple complex assignments and priorities effectively.
• Possess strong communication skills, both oral and written, capable of engaging at all levels of the business.
• Have in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodologies related to composites in the naval domain.
• Have experience in managing new product/process introduction (industrialization).
