Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Global Learning Specialist to join KIKO MILANO’s Global HR Team, reporting to the Global Learning & Development Senior Manager.

Such talent will focus on supporting Learning & Development activities and processes.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Support the design, continuous enhancement, and global rollout of our Learning & Development strategy
  • Co‑design high‑impact, blended learning experiences (in‑person, virtual, e‑learning, digital content)
  • Facilitate face‑to‑face and virtual training sessions on soft skills & managerial skills
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our e‑learning ecosystem, ensuring content relevance, platform usability, and alignment with L&D KPIs
  • Use data and learning analytics to monitor training effectiveness, assess ROI, and drive evidence‑based improvements
  • Embrace innovative learning technologies and trends (e.g., AI, microlearning, mobile learning, social learning) to future‑proof our learning offer
  • Manage and maintain our e‑learning platform (LMS): content upload, performance reporting, learning initiatives
  • Partner with HR and local Training Leads across Markets to cascade the global L&D strategy and continuously assess learning needs
  • Collaborate with the Retail Training team for the continuous development of our KIKO Learning architecture
  • Organize and coordinate training initiatives, including vendor management, logistics, and communications

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in learning (preferably in the HQ of a multinational company)
  • Degree/Master in education, psychology, social, communication, human or economics studies fields
  • Human Resources specialization is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Experience with graphic design, video editing tools, or e‑learning content creation tools is a plus
