Client Advisor Luxury Boutique Malpensa

You will be inserted into the boutique of a prestigious luxury brand located within the Malpensa airport.

Responsibilities

• Assisted sales and all activities related to point‑of‑sale management.
• Welcoming and customer consultancy.
• Clienteling, CRM care, product and collection storytelling.
• Cash activities and customer loyalty.

Required skills and characteristics

• Prior retail experience, even brief.
• Orientation towards customer loyalty.
• Good standing, sociability and teamwork orientation.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.

Profiles without experience but with passion for fashion luxury and orientation to customer consulting will be considered positively.

Working hours

Full time (40h), Monday to Sunday on shifts.

Contractual offer

• Fixed‑term direct contract with client company.
• Reference collective agreement: Commercial.
• Salary and benefits: Level and RAL commensurate with experience + Ticket Restaurant + sales commissions.

Place of work

Malpensa.
