Description

We are in Tropea for a short language course. I am seeking a reliable, kind, and experienced babysitter to care for my 9-year-old daughter during weekday mornings, from around 10 : 00 AM to early afternoon (Oct 2024). Important : my daughter does not speak English or Italian, but she is outgoing, sporty, and loving. The right candidate should be able to :

create a safe, engaging routine and supervise play

accompany her to nearby sights and the sea, with simple activities and explorations

use non-verbal communication, basic gestures, and simple signaling to connect with her

supervise light meals / snacks and ensure her comfort

be patient, attentive, and fun, with strong safety awareness

have prior experience with children who dont share a common language, and be able to adapt activities accordingly

provide references or background check upon request
