How you will create an impact:

• Be involved in projects forindustry leaders and early-stage ventures, driving launch effectivenessand commercial excellence
• Conduct advanced analyses(market, competitive, financial) to support data-driven decision-making
• Take ownership and leadspecific sub-workstreams within client projects delivering strategicinsights and actionable recommendations
• Present findings and insightsconfidently to internal (and potentially client) stakeholders
• Support the project team to developstrategies, solutions, and actionable recommendations for our clients
• Collaborate with internationalteams across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds

Your profile:

• Outstanding academicperformance in business management, economics, industrial engineering, ora related field
• 1–3 years of relevantprofessional experience in strategy consulting
• Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex informationinto clear insights
• Fluency in business English andItalian, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
• Advanced proficiency in MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data and analytics tools(e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Python) is an advantage
• Strong communication andpresentation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, highmotivation, and eagerness to grow personally and professionally
• Proven ability to collaboratein dynamic and international environments
