Who we’re looking for

We seek a highly motivated, reliable professional to support our Operations team, managing day‑to‑day operations processes for our Italian business.

Responsibilities

• Fundamental data management and checks for instruments
• Day‑to‑day management of in‑specie transfers
• Corporate actions management
• Management of client cash inflows and outflows
• Support billing calculation
• Support regulatory reporting to Bank of Italy, Consob, Agenzia delle Entrate
• Support customer reporting
• Taxation support for Italian customers
• KYC and AML checks on activations flow
• Maintain data quality in systems
• Produce reports and metrics

Requirements

• Preferred previous experience in the financial industry
• Ability to perform large‑scale data analysis and modelling for actionable insights
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills
• Proactive and passionate about improving the status‑quo
• English (written and spoken, starting at B2 level)
• Self‑driven, able to work in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision

Nice to have

• SQL proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or Law
