Invitalia – Supporto Tecnico al RUP is a permanent, full‑time position located in Rome, Italy.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the RUP in verifying project documentation and preparing tender acts.
  • Support the tender procedure, including checks of competitor requirements, participation in the commission or the technical panel, anomaly checks, and management of supplier records.
  • Handle administrative tasks throughout the tender cycle, from allocation to contract execution and final validation, with a focus on economic quadri management.

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of the Code of Public Procurement and of all activities supporting the RUP, including complex project issuing and verification.
  • Professional registration in the relevant academic or engineering body.
  • Knowledge of safety legislation in civil construction sites and of the preparation of safety and coordination plans (art. 98 of DLgs. 81/2008).
  • Advanced competence in AutoCAD, computing programmes, structural calculation and graphic programmes.
  • Strong command of computer systems for managing e‑tender procedures and of interoperable platforms with ANAC systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, geology or environmental sciences (equivalent) and full command of the English language.
  • Preferred: experience as commission secretary, extensive background in RUP support, complex environmental or geotechnical verification, and familiarity with design and construction oversight.
