Job Description

SANDRO is looking for a part-time Sales Assistant for the Uomo corner at Rinascente Tritone in Rome. As a brand ambassador, the Sales Assistant will:

• Sales: Provide high-level customer service, exceeding expectations with excellent product knowledge, history, and values of SANDRO.
• Advise customers based on current fashion trends and market developments in mid-luxury, demonstrating passion for fashion.
• Welcome and assist demanding clients.
• Build customer loyalty through personalized and appropriate consultations.
• Contribute to enhancing our brand image by providing unique and personalized service.
• Increase sales by promoting our products.
• Achieve personal and store targets through in-depth knowledge of collections and clients.

Merchandising:

• Organize the sales area and products following company guidelines.
• Ensure visual standards are market-leading.
• Implement visual merchandising of collections according to guidelines from the company and Store Manager.

Operations:

• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent store management.
• Assist in stock and delivery management.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Associate in high-end prêt-à-porter, specifically in men's fashion.
• Passion for fashion and good knowledge of industry trends.
• High level of customer service and business sense.
• Well-groomed appearance and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Good stress management, flexibility, and multitasking ability.
• Fluent in English.
