The Commercial Director is responsible for developing and implementing the company's retail strategy in Asia, ensuring the growth and success of retail operations. They must also develop a plan for opening stores to expand the company’s presence in the Asian market.

Missions

Reporting to the Brand Manager Italy & Malta, the Sales Representative is responsible for developing sales and profitability within their region in line with the company’s commercial strategy. The role involves implementing field action plans, supporting brand development through events and in-store activities, training point-of-sale teams, and assisting with customer returns and unpaid collections in accordance with sales management guidelines.

1. Business Development and Client Portfolio Growth

  • Identify and prospect new business partners (retailers, distributors, key accounts)
  • Grow sales through existing channels and optimize market coverage within the region
  • Negotiate commercial terms in compliance with the company’s pricing policy
  • Ensure client loyalty through regular follow-up and a proactive understanding of their needs

2. Implementation of the Commercial Strategy

  • Apply locally the strategy defined by the Sales Department
  • Deploy regional action plans : collection launches, promotional campaigns, commercial events, and visibility operations
  • Adapt offers and sales materials to local market specificities

3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Prepare regular reports on sales, budgets, promotional actions, applied pricing, and competition
  • Analyze results and propose improvement areasEnsure the upward communication of market insights and field information to the Sales DepartmentParticipate in sales forecasting and budget planning

    4. Brand Representation

    • Maintain continuous monitoring of the market, competitors, and consumer trends
    • Act as a brand ambassador within the region, ensuring brand image consistency and alignment with company values
    • Identify growth opportunities and local development levers

    5. Brand visibility, Marketing campaigns, Training

    • Promotion and participation in national Events
    • Window dressing campaigns in agreement with the HQ
    • Customer training or nationwide roadshows

    6. Customer Operations Support

    • Customer returns management
    • Support for unpaid collection activities
