The Certification Engineer (MWS) is responsible for ensuring that all marine operations, such as loadouts, sea fastening, transportation, offshore installation, and heavy lifts are planned and executed in compliance with approved engineering procedures, class rules, industry standards, and contractual MWS requirements. In this role, the engineer reviews, verifies, and certifies that marine operations are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose before issuing Certificates of Approval (CoA) to allow operations to proceed. This position is critical in ensuring that project assets, third-party vessels, and marine spreads meet both technical and safety standards before and during offshore operations.
