Service manager

For several international projects to be held in one of our clients, a multinational company based in Rome, we are looking for brilliant candidates with experience as Service Manager (IT and Digital Transformation):

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in managing mobile network connectivity services, including indoor and outdoor Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS).
• Knowledge of mobile network technologies, protocols, and standards (e.g., 4G, 5G, LTE).
• Familiarity with indoor and outdoor Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) deployment and optimization.
• Understanding of Public and/or Private 5G network architecture, implementation, and management.
• Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills in the context of mobile network connectivity and Public and/or Private 5G services.
• Understanding of monitoring techniques to ensure the overall performance, availability, and reliability of the network service.
• Experience and/or understanding of industrial automation technologies and security standards is a plus.
• Proven track record (minimum 2 years) of conducting service management meetings to ensure that SLAs are met and KPIs are correctly monitored.
• Understanding of vendor management and contract negotiation processes.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in professional English, both written and spoken.
