We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Tech Business Developer Manager to support our expansion in Germany. In this role, you'll work closely with Operations (for installing products), Marketing (for how to position our products to the customer personas) and Program Management (how to scale).
You will also be the main point of contact for property owners and managers, from the onboarding phase through the entire lifecycle. You will support them during the onboarding phase, training them on how to setup and use the product. You will ensure every customer has an easy, enjoyable experience and finds value in our products and services to the extent they feel compelled to grow with our business. Your goals will be around customer satisfaction, minimize customer churn and generate upsell opportunity.
A successful candidate demonstrates exceptional business development capabilities with a proven history of surpassing goals and revenue targets. They should show genuine enthusiasm for joining a growing startup venture.
The ideal individual brings valuable experience in sales, particularly focusing on building managers, property owners, and housing associations within the residential sector. As a self-motivated professional, they must excel at managing multiple priorities while navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment that often presents ambiguous situations. The right candidate for this role seamlessly transitions between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, maintaining a strong focus on delivering concrete results.
