Responsibilities

  • Financial modeling: building and analysing cash flow models and running sensitivities
  • Business plan review
  • Terms sheet and finance documents review
  • Project finance transactions
  • Public–private partnerships transactions
  • M&A transactions
  • Post‑financial close activities (refinancing support, contract management)
  • Developing economic pricing and regulatory frameworks
  • Marketing materials, credentials and pitch preparation

Profile Required

Studies & experience:

  • Master of Science or Bac+5 in a related discipline (Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering)
  • At least 3 years experience in project finance, investment banking, infrastructure or private equity funds, large corporates or advisory/auditing firms

Language skills:

  • Fluency in Italian and English – written and spoken (most documentation is in English)
  • Other languages such as French or Spanish are a plus

Technical, operational & soft skills:

  • MS Office knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (mandatory for modelling activity)
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint (mandatory for client presentation activity)
  • Experience in the infrastructure sector
  • Ability to plan and schedule
  • Time pressure in delivering pitches and a strong team spirit will also contribute massively to the candidate’s professional and personal development
