Join to apply for the Programmatic Campaign Manager role at OmniShopper & Co.

We’re looking for a Programmatic Campaign Manager who will manage end-to-end programmatic activities, from strategic setup to final reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Independently set up campaign structures: audience, inventory strategy, formats, and KPIs.
  • Manage and continuously optimize campaign performance.
  • Independently resolve any issues related to delivery, pacing, or tracking.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of results, producing clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Suggest budget reallocations and optimization strategies to maximize KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Direct experience in the implementation, optimization, analysis, and reporting of programmatic campaigns.
  • Operational knowledge of at least two DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Xandr). Preferred expertise in Amazon DSP.>
  • Familiarity with key KPIs, attribution models, and data tracking systems.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret it, and derive concrete insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English.
