By joining the Enterprise Platform Team, you will be engaged in managing business transformation processes. Together with experienced colleagues, you will analyze strategic requirements to implement the best digital solutions available in the market for integrated process management.

• Analysis of business requirements through deep-dive sessions and interviews with the corporate areas involved in the process from time to time
• Design of the best customer solution, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors
• Drafting of functional and technical analyses for end-to-end processes
• Internal testing and user testing of the application solution
• Support/provision of training to end users

As an integral part of KPMG’s SAP Team, you will work on both national and international projects, collaborating with highly qualified professionals and working closely with our Financial Services clients, including banks, insurance companies, and investment firms.

Come As You Are - Your Skills And Qualities

This opportunity is perfect for you if you:

• You have 2–5 years of work experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM on‑premise products
• Experience gained in consulting firms based in Italy or in an international context
• Ability to share and communicate proposed solutions with the business
• Experience working on national and international projects
