Administration, Finance & Control Manager

We are looking for an Administration, Finance & Control Lead who will work closely with our CEO and Investors to support Titan4’s growth and international expansion. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, finance, and control activities, ensuring compliance with legal, fiscal and accounting standards
• Design and implement financial planning, budgeting and reporting processes aligned with scaling needs
• Work directly with the CEO and investors to develop and execute financial strategies supporting growth and internationalization
• Manage activities that have a financial impact, including relationships with banks and financial partnersSupport Board reporting, investor relations and preparation of financial presentationsProvide insights to guide strategic decisions, project financing opportunities and scaling operations
• Contribute to building a finance function that is robust and data-driven.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields; MBA or similar qualification is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in administration, finance & control roles, ideally in VC-backed companies, scale-ups or consulting/audit firms
• Strong knowledge of management control, accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience in fundraising, investor relations and growth financing is highly valued
• Excellent command of English
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands‑on attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑scaling international environment.
