Role Purpose
To provide full range of P&O Business Partnering responsibilities to the entire company population and be responsible for the successful delivery of P&O programs/policies.
Job Description
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and support the implementation of various P&O processes such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management to achieve the Unit’s goals, in close cooperation with the respective process experts.
- Coordinate and support the implementation of various P&O processes such as talent management, succession planning and OTR to achieve the Unit’s goals, in close cooperation with the respective process experts.
- Compile specified P&O Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data and format for reporting and grant alignment with internal stakeholder (Payroll, T&E Team...) for administrative and technical operation linked to people management.
- Constant alignment with finance to monitor HC Budget and P&O Budget.
- Supervise the performance and development of a small team.
- Participate or lead P&O Projects at country in collaboration with Global or Region Europe Team.
- Management of Trade Unions relationship.

Essential Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Degree in Economics, Law, Human Resources or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a P&O Business Partner
- Proven experience in managing trade union relations
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage HR Operations
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent in English and Italian language
