Responsibilities

• Familiar with the mobile phone / consumer electronics industry, capable of independently managing the entire process of consumer insights, including research design, execution, and delivering high-quality reports with business value.
• Provide insights based on user needs and behaviors through long-term research and understanding of target users, helping the business improve.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the field of consumer insights, proficient in various user research methods, processes, and related qualitative or quantitative models.
• Proficiency in Italian and English, Chinese is a plus.
• Prior experience in the mobile phone industry is preferred, and combined experience in the marketing field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, logical thinking, and empathy skills.
