We are seeking a Port Operations Specialist fluent in English and Italian to join our dynamic team at our Italy branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating port-related activities, ensuring smooth customs procedures, and overseeing vehicle boarding and disembarkation operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily port operations, including vehicle boarding and disembarkation.
• Manage and monitor customs procedures in compliance with local regulations.
• Liaise with port authorities, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Organize and issue vehicle tickets in coordination with relevant departments.
• Resolve any operational issues that may arise during port activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate operational documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Driver's license.
• Proven experience in port operations, logistics, or customs procedures.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and documentation.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
