Provide an excellent and tailor made culinary experience to our Guests according to our service standards and procedures.
Supervise daily restaurants operations and oversee service staff.
Coordinate and support the work of Chef de Rang and Commis de Rang.
Anticipate Guests needs and handle Guests comments and complaints when needed.
Create and maintain a professional relationship with Guests.
Ensure that service procedures and quality standards are consistently applied.
Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and overall dining room presentation.
Assist with opening and closing procedures of the restaurants.
Comply with H&S national rules and company instructions.
