Environment, Health and Safety Manager
About This Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving Environmental, Health & Safety excellence across a complex industrial plant. He / She will be a member of the plant leadership team, acting as a key partner to the Plant Leader and the Regional EHS organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in EHS, industrial hygiene, engineering, or science
- 4–5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with ISO systems and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to engage employees and build safety culture
- Proven experience in risk reduction projects and action plan execution
- Experience in multinational environments is an advantage
Preferred Experience
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in EHS leader role
- Experience in implementing training programs and SIF programs.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- High ethical standards and integrity
- Strong understanding of EHS law, sustainability, and industrial hygiene
- Self-starter with the ability to lead change and drive improvements
- Passion for coaching, collaboration, and team engagement
- Strong communication and influencing skills
