Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect, you will help our customers and prospects understand how to use the Mia-Platform Suite.

You will be a trusted and responsible advisor to a wide range of users from small to large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the R&D product management team to convey the perception of the product roadmap and priorities;
• Improve our product’s demo and customer-facing internal technical enablement for sales teams to enhance understanding of core use cases and self-sufficiency in early deal stages;
• Engage in pre-sales activities for target enterprise accounts, including new business, expansion, and account management for Mia-Platform suite and project services;
• Main industry focus: financial services.

Collaborate closely with our Mia-Platform Academy to improve developer training and product documentation.

Participate in meet-ups, public speaking, and advocacy support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
• 3+ years of software development experience;
• High confidence with cloud-native environments;
• Good knowledge of DevOps technologies;
• Excellent knowledge of cloud providers such as Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, and OpenShift solutions;
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (specifically MySQL and MongoDB);
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
