Your responsibilities include:

1. Being the friendly face that responds promptly to guest inquiries, providing information and assistance.
2. Handling check-in, check-out activities, and related tasks.
3. Efficiently managing guest messages and requests.
4. Supporting the team during night shifts, embracing the night charm.
5. Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
6. Ensuring lobby and Front Desk standards and safety compliance.
7. Adhering to policies and procedures when working with front-of-house equipment and property management systems.
