Overview

Randstad Technical Talent Selection is a specialty firm that recruits qualified professionals in mechanical, engineering, and production fields. Our client is a historic family‑owned company operating in the Lombardy region, recognized as a partner of public institutions and involved in the design, construction, installation, and maintenance of HVAC, heating, water treatment, sanitary, electrical, and fire protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on water, heating and sanitary systems, radiators, fan coils, sinks, drains, domestic boilers, and other thermal equipment in residential, industrial, and public administration sites, including large condominium complexes, hospitals, barracks, and factories.
• Carry out maintenance for air treatment units, central heating facilities, fan coils, refrigeration units, domestic boilers, and heating pipes.
• Other possible interventions include plumbing repairs (bathrooms, leak detection), installation and replacement of split systems, boiler maintenance, and general maintenance of thermohydraulic equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience of 6 to 10 years as a technical plumber.
• Basic technical knowledge in plumbing, heating, installation, HVAC (preferred), and electromechanical systems (desired).
• Possession of FGas certification (preferred).
• Valid license for operating boiler equipment.
• Ability to work overtime and on‑call.
• Seriousness, precision, determination, and problem‑solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary: €28,000‑€34,000 (indicative €30‑€35K, depending on experience).

Permanent contract, company vehicle (truck), company phone, and recruitment by Randstad.

Location

Lombardy – Metropolitan Milan area.
