Overview

Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections, repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting in customer facilities;
- Provide accurate and detailed service visit reports;
- Provide technical support for all machinery, including advising on maintenance, spare parts, and upgrades; identify trends and share with manager;
- Train customers on maintenance, operation, safety, and cleaning of machinery;
- Participate in creating and applying working procedures for Service department tasks;
- Respond to technical questions from customers, technicians, and sales team;
- Identify sales opportunities to Sales departments, providing technical information and customer assistance.
Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience in machine servicing within food processing plants (consider candidates with less experience);
- Mechanical, electrical, electronic device expertise (PLC, HMI, VLT…);
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Outlook and Office;
- Comfortable working remotely with access to remote support;
- Enthusiastic about sharing best practices with a team;
- Committed to delivering great customer service;
- Excellent Italian and English language skills (Fluent Italian is a must);
- Valid driving license.
Travel & Location
- Italian and Greek customers and sporadic support EMEA colleague;
- Flexible travel and working hours, including weekends;
- Travelling minimum 80%.
