Overview

Johnson & Johnson Italy is currently looking for a Product Manager Hematology (Multiple Myeloma) that will be responsible for all the marketing initiatives, directly reporting to the Business Unit Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute, by collaborating with the cross-functional team, to the definition of strategies and the implementation of brand plan tactics
  • Define and manage product communication with a multichannel approach and with targeted messages
  • Develop promotional materials in alignment with EMEA strategies
  • Analyze key market trends, patient journeys, and needs, identifying threats, opportunities, and business sources
  • Support the BU Lead in activities connected to the CVT (Country Value Team), contributing to maximizing business opportunities
  • Interact with the Field Force, understanding the needs of the internal customer and supporting them with specific solutions
  • Engage with relevant KOL and stakeholders and, through a solid understanding their driver/barriers, as well as the competitive dynamics and external context, defining specific and differentiated engagement methods
  • Ensure, in line with the planning, the assigned OPEX
  • Travel up to 20% (domestic and/or international) as required

Qualifications

  • Academic & Professional Background: Scientific or Economic Degree
  • +3/5 years of experience in Marketing roles - with product launches - within pharmaceutical companies
  • Previous experience in different specialistic areas is required
  • Previous Field experience is considered a plus
  • Experience in the therapeutic area is nice to have
  • Language Knowledge: Proficiency in English and Italian
