They will actively participate in the recruitment process, oversee the career path of the team, and be accountable for the P&L of the Unit.We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented professional capable of creating value and fostering sustainable growth for the business unit.\*\*Main Responsibilities\*\*- Business development and acquisition of new clients.- Management and retention of the existing client portfolio.- Selection, onboarding, and management of consultants.- Performance monitoring and definition of growth strategies.- Collaboration with the recruiting and HR team to ensure proper project-to-skill matching.- Market analysis and identification of new opportunities.## What we expect from you\*\*Requirements\*\*- Degree in Engineering or Economics.- MBA completed (considered a plus).- Minimum 1 year up to 10 years in relevant roles.- Experience in commercial or business development roles, preferably in technology consulting.- Results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.- Knowledge of key analysis and reporting tools.\*\*Languages:\*\*- Fluent Italian.- Professional English.## What you can expect from usTMC Italia is a technology consulting company that promotes Employeneurship, a unique model that combines the stability of a permanent contract with the freedom to develop your own professional path.
