Overview

Amazon EU Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast‑paced, exciting, and growing organization. The role supports the FRITES and DE Country Managers as well as the European Books Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
  • Manage domestic and international travel
  • Coordinate and submit expense reports
  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all‑hands meetings, off‑sites, and team social events)
  • Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on pending matters
  • Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
  • Help develop and maintain new mechanisms within the team

Basic Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Experience with executive‑level calendar management
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑tech company
  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
