Join to apply for the Agile Coach role at KRUK Italia S.r.l.

Based in La Spezia office (remote working applicable up to 75% monthly), as part of the Strategy & Transformation Department, we're looking for an enthusiastic Agile Coach to coordinate transformation projects delivery and execution. Will also act as a role model to foster the Agile Culture deployment throughout the whole KRUK Italy organization at any of its levels.

Main responsibilities

  • Leader of Agile Transformation in KRUK Italy
  • Builds, in collaboration with an international team, the agile methodology development in the company with high appetite for change
  • Creates awareness and desire across change‑management teams to work in an agile way
  • Guides change‑management teams to maximize efficiency through faster time‑to‑market and identification of MVP; assures that projects add value to the impacted organizations
  • Acts as a trusted interface for the business and a real game‑changer
  • Monitors and optimises the assigned projects portfolio: execution according to agreed KPIs, identification of bottlenecks, recommendations for project acceleration, freezing or addition
  • Develops a Change Management Culture within KRUK Italy

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc University Degree
  • At least 3 years track record in roles such as Agile Coach / Scrum Master; experience in Agile at scale transformation is a plus
  • Previous experience as PM/PMO/Business Analyst/Process Analyst
  • Excellent relationship‑building and key stakeholder‑management skills
  • Capability to work effectively in an international environment and in fast‑changing context
  • Strategic, positive thinker and game‑changer
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing
  • Eagerness to share knowledge and develop a true Change and Project Community
  • Analytical skills for problem‑solving, organisational and planning skills with the ability to complete work in a timely manner
  • Other Project Management and Agile Certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI‑ACP, PgMP, etc.) are a plus
  • Fluent English/Italian in speaking and writing
