Proposal Engineer Junior – Rekeep

Rekeep is a leading Facility Management operator in Italy, with 80 years of experience and a workforce of 27,000 employees. This role involves preparing proposals for maintenance services on buildings and plant assets for both public and private clients, including PPP projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documentation regarding technical, economic, and contractual aspects.
• Conduct site visits to familiarize with the buildings and plant to be offered.
• Carry out necessary technical and economic analyses for proposal development.
• Develop, coordinating external studies, the technical and economic project documents, including renovation interventions, service delivery planning, maintenance plans, service level controls, etc.
• Coordinate with other company functions involved in preparing the project proposal.
• Participate in the closing phase of the offer with the responsible manager and commercial team.

Requirements

• Specialized engineering degree or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of CAD applications.
