Work in Portugal - Customer Care/Italian Market (Remote Job with Accommodation)
We are looking for Italian‑speaking talents who want to build a career in Customer Operations & International Support while working in a diverse, multicultural environment in Lisbon.
Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Remote in Portugal

Your Main Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
- Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
- Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
- Perform back‑office tasks that may involve outbound calls
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
- Provide operational feedback and escalate cases when needed
Salary Package With & Without Accommodation
Salary: Up to €1,000 + performance & complexity bonus gross/monthly (14 salaries per year)
Relocation Support (exceptional, for candidates moving from abroad)
Accommodation Option
Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months. Rent: €280/month; all utilities included (deducted from payslip).
Working Conditions
- 40 hours/week + 1 hour lunch break
- 22 vacation days per year
- Compensation day for work on Portuguese public holidays
