How you will contribute and grow

Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency in managing and correctly executing operational plans through verification. Maintain relations with family doctors, health districts and local operators for patient assignment in collaboration with the planning area.

Handle clinical/health-related phone calls and ASL applications (where present).

Perform activities on behalf of the Coordinator (e.g., managing/delivering medical materials, archiving, training new operators on applications and tools).

Contribute to the management phase of relationships with health operators.

Responsibilities

• Erogazione del servizio domiciliare: guarantee assignment of assistive activities to operators; provide telephone support to patients, caregivers, etc.; ensure proper use of materials and devices provided by Medicasa to operators; monitor clinical outcomes, health data, periodic reports, documentation, using the computerized Medical Record and other available applications.


• Centrale Operativa: participate in Team meetings held in the Operations Centre; prepare and verify routine health reports and the clinical documentation attached to the computerized medical record.


• Formazione: ensure ongoing professional development with ECM credits as required by national regulations; participate in training courses organized by Medicasa.
